Who we are
The Whatcom County Oldsettlers Association is a not-for-profit
organization made up of an all volunteer membership for the primary
purpose of organizing, managing and running the annual Oldsettlers Picnic
and Grand Parade. The Picnic is held the last weekend in July every year,
from Thursday till Sunday.
Association meetings are held the 2nd Monday of each month except for
December and August. Meeting time is 7:00pm at The Tillicum House in
Pioneer Park.
Persons interested in joining the association should attend one of the
monthly meetings. Prospective new members must live in Whatcom County and
have done so for 20 years or more.
