How to become a Trustee

The upkeep of Pioneer Park, the planning and execution of Pioneer Days (Old Settlers Picnic), and the organizing of the annual Pioneer Days Parade is done by the Board of Trustees of the Old Settlers Association, a non-profit 501C organization.  Trustees are residents of Whatcom County who have lived in the County at least ten years and who are dedicated to the preservation of these historic events.  We are always looking for new trustees!  The trustees usually meet each “second Monday of the Month” at 7:00 PM in Pioneer Park at the Tillicum House near the park entrance.
